Inbenta is a conversational AI platform that provides natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning capabilities to businesses. It enables companies to create interactive and intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, and knowledge management systems to enhance customer support and engagement.
Inbenta began as a consultancy when its founder, Jordi Torras, recognized that companies weren't effectively leveraging their search technologies. Over time, it evolved into the conversational AI platform that it is today and now serves more than 250 brands across all industries, providing them with solutions to enhance customer support and engagement.
With backing from a number of investors, Inbenta is currently directing its efforts towards strategic hiring initiatives and expanding its processes and platform. This ambitious approach aims to fuel the company's growth within the conversational AI space.
