Who you are
- Excellent track record in a Senior BDR role or Team Lead/Manager role, preferably within a growing SaaS or tech environment
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a team
- Outstanding business acumen and curiosity (e.g., learning the product and its value by heart, becoming an expert of the industry, ...)
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analysing KPIs and implementing performance improvements
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with a collaborative approach to working across teams; proficiency in German would be a strong plus
- Self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding team performance goals

- As a BDR Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving our growth by leading and scaling a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives
- Your mission will be to build and grow a team of BDRs that is responsible to generate and qualify new business opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline for our sales team while collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales to refine strategies and processes

- Refine and implement outbound lead-generation strategies to scale pipeline growth
- Utilise deskbird’s CRM and sales engagement tools to monitor team performance and analyse data trends
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimise lead handoff processes and improve campaign effectiveness
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of BDRs to achieve and exceed goals
- Develop and execute onboarding and continuous training programs to enhance skills and performance
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven team culture
- Oversee and ensure the consistent generation of high-quality leads and opportunities
- Set and track KPIs to evaluate team success
- Drive accountability through regular performance reviews and coaching sessions

Swiss-based Deskbird is on route to become Europe’s leading workplace management platform that allows companies to create ordered but flexible environments.
The company has adopted a unique approach to workplace management, offering the first workplace software built around users instead of buildings. Along with standard functionalities like booking resources, the tool that has brought the company unique success is the ability, via mobile app, to identify who of their employees are in the office and thereby schedule meetings accordingly.
Following 2023 funding, the company will invest capital into extending reach across European markets, entering the US market, and to allow expansion of its product offerings. The company's 10 year plan is to be to workforce management what Salesforce is to CRM. A lofty goal, but the company is certainly setting itself up to achieve this in due time.
