There is a lot of autonomy working within a PD team at GC. We work collaboratively to shape our roadmap and one of our operating principles is "acting like an owner." Most importantly, people are rewarded for coming to conclusions autonomously, and will be given more opportunities to do so.

When I joined GC, one of my main questions was: "how long does everyone stay this friendly?" It was such a warm welcome. But the truth is it never changes. The GC culture and atmosphere is something else. I love working with new people in new projects as much as I enjoy seeing them at the pub.
