What the job involves
- The Sales Team Coordinator helps our sales team to sell remarkable homes by carrying out key administrative duties
- As a first point of contact for all incoming enquiries and assisting with listing updates, the Sales Team Coordinator ensures we can deliver world-class service to our clients through a responsive, warm and informative approach
- Responsibilities are varied and include both client-facing and internal tasks, such as:
- Answering the phone and handling viewing enquiries
- Listing status changes to the website and portals
- Creating and sending mailers
- Supporting all aspects of administration and marketing
- The Sales Coordinator reports to the Client Operations Manager and sits within the Client Services Team. As it is a cross-functional role, it also works closely with the Sales Team
