Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong track record of shipping successful products—startup experience is essential
- Deep understanding of Service Design, including tools like journey maps and service blueprints
- Expert in Figma for both interface design and prototyping, with hands-on experience building and maintaining robust Design Systems
- Strong eye for detail and a solid grasp of visual design principles (typography, color, layout)
- Experience conducting user research using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Comfortable working in Agile development environments with iterative delivery cycles

- This position is open to Full-Time Employment. Candidates must be able to dedicate consistent availability and maintain active collaboration during standard business hours, regardless of location
- Demonstrated ability to clearly present and articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- A compelling portfolio that showcases your UX/UI process, problem-solving skills, and includes Service Design and Design System work
What the job involves
- Build the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from discovery and research through to final implementation and iteration
- Apply Service Design methodologies, including user journey mapping and service blueprints, to design seamless experiences across digital and non-digital touchpoints
- Build, maintain, and evolve scalable Design Systems in Figma, ensuring visual and functional consistency across platforms
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts with stakeholders and users
- Design elegant, accessible, and visually polished interfaces with a deep understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, QA, and other designers to shape feature direction and deliver intuitive user experiences
- Conduct user research activities (e.g. usability testing, interviews, surveys) to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Leverage user analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog) to proactively identify experience gaps and improve product/service performance
- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), creating inclusive experiences for users of all abilities
- Act as a design advocate within an agile team, participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous iteration
