The technology we use every day is evolving at a faster rate than ever, and older adults are having a tougher time catching up. Waltz has a tech support platform that is aimed at making technology more accessible through human-to-human interaction.
The company supports older adults with a range of technical challenges, such as organising their inboxes, protecting against scams, backing up devices, and mastering the use of technology from smartphones and tablets to fitness trackers and home security systems.
A novel concept, Waltz's goal is to empower older adults to confidently embrace technology by offering comfortable and supportive technical help sessions.
