Who you are

2+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, or a related field
A minimum of 2 years working directly in Field Sales
Experience selling to small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) is a plus
Proven success in territory-based or field sales roles
Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to drive urgency
Proven success in self-sourcing leads and developing a strong local network
Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to travel within the East Bay region 60% of the time

What the job involves

Vagaro is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Account Executive to drive new business growth in the East Bay, CA region
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing new clients within the beauty, wellness, and fitness industries
Identify and target potential clients in the East Bay area, including salons, spas, barbershops, fitness studios, and wellness businesses
Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, social media, and in-person visits
Build strong relationships with business owners by understanding their needs and demonstrating Vagaro’s value
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the client’s business
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Schedule and conduct in-person meetings, live demos, and attend networking events within the East Bay territory
Maintain a structured territory sales plan, tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed
Leverage Salesforce CRM to track and manage all sales activities, ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting
Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to optimize sales efforts and customer retention
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands
Provide insights to the team to help refine sales strategies and product positioning
As a Territory AE, you will have the chance to shape Vagaro's success and make a significant impact on the success of our sales efforts
