Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a consumer-facing mobile app or web platform
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including market research, ideation, user testing, and agile development
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and making a positive impact in the LGBTQ+ community
Desirable
- Experience with mobile app development or web-based platforms
- Familiarity with user-centred design principles and methodologies
- Knowledge of LGBTQ+ community dynamics and needs
- Experience in rapid prototyping and iterative product development
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex challenges

- Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on features to optimize user experiences
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation
