Our take
Every day, companies must scrape information from documents and communicate it with their teams and clients, ranging from physical paperwork to digital spreadsheets and PDFs. Whilst necessary, this process is highly repetitive and time-consuming, and these laborious workflows make document communication prone to human error.
Rossum provides an automated document communication platform, leveraging AI to capture data from any physical or digital document format and automate the communication of said data to relevant parties. The company applies its technology to automate repetitive manual processes within invoicing, logistics, shared services, and other enterprise workflows, ultimately helping to improve communication accuracy whilst saving companies valuable time and resources.
While AI-driven data capture from documents sis common, Rossum stands out by also automating the communication of captured data to relevant recipients. This approach enables the company to prevent the manual processing of up to 90% of the document communication process, streamlining workflows and increasing efficiency.
