The projects I've worked on here have been multi faceted and complex. Sort of the marketing funnel equivalent of if a butterfly flaps its wings in a garden in Shanghai, what does it mean for the price of wheat in Brooklyn. Except we've also iterated on if the butterfly has any business being in a garden at all, and rethought if the price of wheat is actually a meaningful KPI. It's been a true ground-up process of defining and redefining - it's challenging and fun!

I've worked most closely with the founders so this is pertaining to them. I don't say this about many people I've met but Richie and Luke are legitimately very smart people. They have the ability to analyze considerations several levels deeper than most and are quick to understand new concepts.

And while everyone who's read Principals will say the same, few are willing or eager to stick to it when rubber meets the road. This is really useful to help us move faster as we are all aligned on what's happening with the company. We actively seek feedback at the end of each meeting or new process on how we can then improve.
