Across all teams, people are giving their best to further HIVED's mission of improving the logistics industry and serving our customers. The intrinsic motivation you see left, right and center at HIVED is very inspiring, and there is a real sense of working towards the same cause, no matter what your role is.

People are hard-working and humble, and try to seek the positive side in every challenge thrown at us. Successes are celebrated together wherever possible and there is a genuine feeling of improving working together, as a team, every day.

At HIVED, people are judged based on their output and not on their resume. In a multi-facetted, operations-heavy business like ours it is extremely rewarding to see people from all walks of life and levels of seniority thrive in new roles, re-discover themselves and get the recognition they deserve.

My colleagues are not only super intelligent but also really nice people all round (we leave our ego's at the door) which makes working at HIVED even more enjoyable. There are people from all kinds of backgrounds contributing in so many different ways. HIVED also has done a great job of spotting talent within the team itself as evident with the numerous internal promotions across departments.

Whilst working at HIVED can be challenging and hard at times the supportive nature of the management team means that no challenge is insurmountable. My own fantastic manager aside I've had countless invaluable hours with the CEO and senior management talking through issues and problem solving showing how much they care and want to support the team.

One of the amazing things about HIVED is how instilled the values are and how our ethos and ethics drives our decision making. There is total commitment to being zero emissions and looking after our people even if it means making life harder for ourselves, our dedication to our values means the company is never feeling lost or lacking direction.

Something HIVED does incredibly is giving everyone autonomy and responsibility over our own work - we’re trusted to get our work done in the best way we see fit. I feel empowered to make my own decisions and still be supported by my team when I need it.

At HIVED I feel like I’m making a real dent in the broken logistics industry - the biggest proof of this is the genuine and heartfelt reactions our customers have to the service we provide. Nothing feels more important at the moment than working on climate, especially in such a carbon-intensive space.

This is the first company I’ve worked at where I’m excited to come in to work just for the chance to speak and spend time with my colleagues. Beyond being incredibly supportive, smart, and hard working - there is no ego in sight. Also some of the funniest people I’ve ever met!
