To spare mobile teams the heartbreak of a broken release in production.
Due to the rise of AI, the amount of code a company can produce has risen dramatically. Reliability has become a pressing issue, with faults in the code reaching later stages of the development pipeline, meaning more money and more time to execute fixes. Minitap is remedying this with its AI QA teammates, which can be implemented at every stage of the workflow.
Operating as an embedded member of a company's team, Minitap's agents hone in on what part of a software product needs testing. The company is moving beyond the reactive, troubleshooting method of fixes, and instead implementing a context-aware QA teammate that can work autonomously and solve problems before they become one.
The infrastructure created by Minitap is the first of its kind and is backed by Google and EWOR, a fellowship and investor that backs start-ups with high-growth potential. As part of the EWOR programme, Minitap will no doubt see future growth in an overlooked area of AI agent development.
