Our take
The job market has been facing unprecedented upheavals following the Covid-19 pandemic. The shift to hybrid working, alongside radical changes in employee expectations and a substantial amount of job-switching, has meant that companies need to ensure more than ever that their recruitment process is landing them the best talent. Texas-based company Flo Recruit aims to help them get there, by offering recruiting event and interview software.
They saw some disruption over the pandemic period, with in-person events and meetings prohibited and hiring freezes in place. It has since bounced back, however, offering a range of hybrid and virtual solutions to help companies take advantage of changes in the US labor market.
If there is anything that can be said with confidence about the future of American work, it’s that the hybrid model is here to stay. By neatly pivoting to adopt this early during the pandemic, Flo Recruit has put themselves on strong footing to offer the kind of flexible services likely to be in demand in recruitment going forward.
