Who you are
- A candidate who is available to work between the hours 9am-6pm on Monday - Friday
- You can get your head around a complex system quickly
- You have 1-2 years of complaints handling experience within a financial institution
- You find it easy to juggle and prioritise different tasks

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Customer Support Complaints Executive who possesses a passion for customer care and will work with our team of talented Customer Support Executives & colleagues across the business to provide the best possible end-to-end customer experience
- Dealing with queries that come in through live chat, email and through social media
- Working to resolve complaints alongside our complaints handling team
- Troubleshooting technical issues and optimising user experience
- Reporting bugs and UX issues to other members of the team
- Active participation in app growth and development
