Role
Who you are
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within a SaaS or fintech environment
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- You have strong prospecting and lead generation skills
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have proficiency in using CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and other sales tools
- You have the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- You are highly organised with strong time management skills
- You have a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
What the job involves
- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Landytech, you will play a critical role in driving lead generation and contributing to our revenue growth
- You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunities, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to client
- Assessing and qualifying inbound leads to determine their fit and readiness for further engagement
- Proactively generating new leads through various channels including, email outreach, cold calling, social media, and networking events
- Scheduling meetings and product demos for the sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Following up with prospects and leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Working closely with the sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to align strategies and share insights on lead quality and conversion
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Monitoring and reporting on key metrics, including the number of leads generated, meetings set, and conversion rates
