Senior Project Manager, Coinstar

• 8+ years’ experience in the management of software development, technology, or enterprise-level projects
• Highly developed organizational and communication skills, including very strong presentation skills to distill complex technology concepts to senior leadership
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
• Experience with multiple software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum

Desirable

• Drive delivery of simultaneous complex projects related to iterative software releases or business programs, across multiple dimensions and workstreams.
• Lead project planning, meetings, execution, implementation, and closure activities
• Lead technology and business cross-functional teams (including technology, product, finance, operations, and others) through the project lifecycle. Identify specific departmental or workstream schedules, critical paths, and dependencies
• Proactively confirm and identify problems, issues, and changes, and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
• Provide project leadership to external consultants, vendors, and other third-party technology resources
• Leverage experience in advanced project management principles to drive continuous process improvement across the company.
