Role
Who you are
- Experience in programme management, curriculum development, and student engagement
- Strong organisational, analytical and time management skills
- Good knowledge of London
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely when required and in-person in July - 16 August
- Bachelor's degree in any field
Desirable
- Experience in event management
- Experience working in an operational/academic/programme management role
- Experience in working with Google Sheets/Excel
What the job involves
- Oversee smooth delivery of Study Mind’s summer camps
- Manage day-to-day operations and logistical challenges
- Ensure high standards are maintained throughout the camps
- Respond proactively to unexpected situations or last-minute changes
- Provide practical and swift solutions during critical moments
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and industry partners
- Act as the primary liaison to external partners, ensuring services meet Study Mind’s expectations
- Manage relationships with London-based organisations, from engagement to delivery of hands-on experiences
- Be on-site in Central London during camp dates (1 July - 16 August)
- Remain on-call for urgent issues, providing in-person support when required
- Event Management Role from home 11/12 months of the year
