Summer School Event Manager, Medic Mind

The projects I've worked on here are a lot more creative and more responsibility than I would have been given at my level in most organisations. Particularly if you're early in your career and looking to develop professionally/get experience in a lot of different types of tasks, and really take ownership, Medic Mind is a great place to work.

The founders trust you to take initiative, come up with your own ideas, and make decisions based on your own judgement. It's a great environment for developing problem solving skills and building your confidence.

Medic Mind is quickly expanding, with new brands, products, and content being produced all the time, so you'll never be bored. Every day looks different.

The management team are all really trusting of staff, which is great, as it allows you to work independently. There are plenty of opportunities to ask for help with tasks, and flexibility with workloads.

Fantastic flexibility, ability to set own work hours and days of work, plus working from home means you can get a real work/life balance. Work can be spread across any day, which is helpful to balance with my partner who works weekends.

Everyone is really understanding and considerate around family, and with having my daughter at home whilst I work, having a company that gets how important that is is really wonderful. When I had a worry around my daughter's health, one of the founders even took time to call me and discuss it, which was so kind and thoughtful.

Since I joined Medic Mind I have been doing sales calls and sales management eventually taking on a senior management role in operations. It has been an extraordinary learning experience, the team has been accommodating and friendly. My opinions are always valued and there are endless opportunities for exciting tasks. The management team has given me constant support throughout my time mentoring me to help me adjust to new roles.

Kunal and Mohil have always been very supportive. They have provided numerous learning opportunities for me and helped me implement any ideas that I have found suitable for providing a better quality of support for students/parents. We are regularly provided with opportunities to get feedback and to share our opinions on how things are being run.
