Senior Product Manager, CUR8

As the first employee, I've seen CUR8 build the strongest, smartest and most purposeful startup team I've ever been part of. Daniel Dennett once said "The secret of happiness is: Find something more important than you are and dedicate your life to it." For me that's the fight against climate change, and in CUR8 I found a company putting impact first, by trying to balance science with scale.

Our culture OKR talks very clearly to building a diverse pipeline of candidates for all roles. We're a mix of nationalities, remote and in-person, parents and non-parents, to try and be as flexible as possible in hiring.

I really enjoy working for CUR8 because the work is meaningful and the team is hard working. There is a flat hierarchy where your voice matters. The team is diverse and dynamic.

I just joined the team and the people here have been giving me work to contribute to, allowing me to own some processes quickly, while providing answers to all my questions.

I’m finding the work really meaningful and challenging, both on a personal level and building an entire new industry tackling climate change. I feel energised and supported while doing complex, rewarding work and I’m surrounded by brilliant, committed team members who are exceptional at their jobs and really wonderful to be around. I grow and learn every day while working at CUR8.

The founders and management team are very experienced and have high expectations but always treat everyone with respect, setting ambitious targets but recognising shared responsibility for delivering them.
