Our take

Individuals need to find ways to stay up to date with recent developments across various industries. Podcasts are an effective way to develop commercial awareness, but currently, there is no tool helping people discover the right podcast content for them. CogX aims to change this by providing an app designed to provide users with a personalized feed of podcasts.

The Beta stage app aims to attract users through two important features: it provides users with a machine-learning-based feed and it allows them to join communities focused on specific topics of interest. By using the app, users can connect with other listeners of the same podcast, they can save and share content as well as follow podcast creators.

Their most recent initiative is organizing the annual CogX festival, a London-based event focused on the impact of artificial intelligence and other new technologies on society. The company has a community of over 50,000 members.
