Our take
Habyt was born out of the complicated and frustrating experience of finding somewhere to rent. With Habyt, users pay a subscription (rent) and have access hassle-free co-living spaces across Europe.
As the leading co-living company in Europe, Habyt is now able to provide an unparalleled experience for digital nomads who might live in Berlin for 6 months, then in Madrid for 3 months, and so on. The company has grown rapidly through both organic and inorganic growth and is looking to continue with that strategy, particularly expanding into France, Italy and the U.K.
While the company has earned an army of advocates amongst young tech professionals, it remains to be seen whether Habyt will attract users from beyond that group to truly upend the global renting market.
