Our take
Simundia is a French company helping bisinesses offer personalised, one-on-one coaching to their employees, witha focus on eveloping soft skills. It's one of the first in France to bring remote coaching to the workplace and uses its own algorithm to match each employee with the coach that's best suited to their needs and schedule.
The company has made stellar progress since its 2017 inception, winning business from the likes of Chanel, Sanofi and Paco Rabanne. Simundia is operating in a burgeoning market, with major investment being poured into similar companies like BetterUp, Chorus, and Guru in recent years. In Europe, German company CoachHub has also acquired one of Simundia’s competitors, MooveOne.
The market is far from oversaturated though, and Simundia itself has attracted the attention of AXA Venture Partners and Educapital. After its latest funding boost, it is aiming to establish itself as the continent's leader by expanding its workforce and further personalising its services.
