Enterprises today struggle to implement AI successfully and embed it into the flow of work. One of the major reasons for that is that employees don’t trust AI recommendations because they don’t understand them!
Virtualitic - named a best LA startup to work for in 2023 - has developed a platform that solves this problem by making AI both understandable and accessible to anyone in the business through a primarily 3D data vizualization platform. It uses artificial intelligence, virtual reality and augmented reality technology to process and visualize data sets and to offer predictive analytics. This gathers and communicates insights faster than if traditional software were used.
The startup has made great strides in developing its product and is now going after increased market share in complex, data-rich markets, such as the defence industry. Indeed, it brought in a retired Marine Corps Lieutenant General to its advisory board in 2026 for this very reason.

(Co-Founder & CEO)Prior to co-founding Virtualitics, they were a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, where he headed a global data driven trading desk. Previously was an interest rates derivatives trader at various large banks. Graduated from the Goldman Sachs analyst program.
Dr. Ciro Donalek
(Co-Founder & CTO)Previously a Computational Staff Scientist at Caltech where they successfully applied Machine Learning techniques to many different scientific fields, co-authoring over a hundred publications featured in major journals (e.g., Nature, Neural Networks, IEEE Big Data, Bioinformatics).
