VP of Sales, Daphne

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales roles
• Experience in the Alternative investment space and wealth management is a must (This could be in an Alts start-up)
• Ability to understand in-depth client problems and provide feedback to the product teams so they can develop solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed business decisions
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to identify opportunities and overcome challenges
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and priorities

Desirable

• As the Vice President of Sales, you will be a key member of the Daphne leadership team, Responsible for growing our customer base and driving revenue.
• You will develop and execute a robust go to market strategy for Daphne. Your customers are the largest Asset Managers in alternatives. These are very sophisticated businesses but face significant challenges in managing and distributing fund data to their Channel Partners
• You will need to have deep understanding of the pain points of the various team inside the Asset Manager who deal with data distribution. You will have to work closely with them to explain to them the Daphne value proposition and ensure they have a great experience as they start implementing and using Daphne
• You will be supported by a Customer Success team who will take on the day-to-day work of onboarding customers
