Our take
Daphne is making the digitisation and streaming of product information between asset managers, distributors and their partners straightforward and quick, saving businesses time, effort, and money. This ultimately helps businesses meet growing retail demands for alternative assets.
The company primarily caters to two different users, asset managers and distributors. Asset Managers can define multiple products in a digital format and connect them to distribution platforms through a standardised set of data schemas. Distributors can easily scale their access to digitised product information, thus ensuring their data is consistent, and enabling faster onboarding of asset managers and reduced overheads.
As a corporate incubated startup via Apollo, Daphne has maintained a low profile as it further builds its platform. This has not stopped the company from seeing promising initial growth, and has it well set to see rapid expansion as its innovative platform fills a gap in the alternative assets market.
