To accelerate the exchange of information across society.
It’s generally accepted the way we store, utilise and move data is already ever-changing and will most likely look very different in years to come. The new iteration of the world wide web has come into fruition and is developing at a rapid pace, one that for many is overwhelming and therefore the space for support platforms like Textile is most definitely there.
The ethos of the company is super clear and translates through the work it's achieving, it’s obvious Textile has an understanding of the movements within the decentralised world and it seems to thrive off of the excitement to adapt and change. Textile build coding and processes that are sustainable.
Not long ago the company launched Tableland, a network that allows creation of NFTs, dApps, and content for the Metaverse using relational tables and SQL plus smart contracts. The company boasts this new product is met with a “progressive approach” and one that will put its community in the driver's seat. Though the Textile team is still fairly small the company has already grown a selection of products that have stuck, its online presence (unless you’re a discord user) seems fairly mysterious but again this feeds back to the possibility of the priorities of the company being in the work it's doing rather than its online image.
