Cleo offers family benefits to both prospective and current parents for free, so long as it’s through their employers. With the backing of numerous Fortune 500 companies, Cleo also provides personalized guidance for parents, from family planning all the way up to when a child turns 12 years old.
Looking ahead, Cleo is offering a package to employers that will help connect families with vetted caregivers via concierge support or, as an alternative, with family co-op options, depending on the parents’ preference. It is also looking to the adult care markets to expand its package.
