SparkPlug is a performance enhancement platform built to increase revenues, retention rates, and marketing ROI for brick-and-mortar restaurants, retailers, and consumer goods companies.
The platform gives frontline workers the chance to earn through rewards with cases for every sale they make. In doing so, the company makes every employee somewhat of an owner, generating an incentive to carry out impressive work, acting as a kind of in-store influencer, whilst delivering, to brands, real-time campaign data to track efficacy.
SparkPlug has scaled rapidly to meet increasing demand for its service. It raised a round of Series A funding in 2022, which is being used to fuel the company’s aggressive growth plans. These plans include investments into data, development, and behavioural science expertise to help develop the platform further.
