Role
Who you are
- Proven Sales Experience – 4 years of sales experience with a minimum 18 months of experience in a SaaS or B2B closing role with a focus on new business.
- Strong Communication Skills – Exceptional ability to present, negotiate, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Commercially Driven – Target-oriented with a track record of exceeding revenue goals.
- Collaborative and Strategic – Skilled at working in tandem with SDRs and cross-functional teams to achieve shared outcomes
- Adaptable and Fast-Paced – Comfortable operating in a dynamic tech environment and managing multiple priorities.

What the job involves
- We’re an award-winning, AI-powered venue booking platform that connects corporate event planners with the most unique, inspiring, and iconic spaces.
- HeadBox uses AI to match high-value corporate briefs with the most suitable spaces, to streamline the enquiry-to-booking journey and surface the data venues need to grow their corporate revenue.

- Reporting to the Head of Venue Relations, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth from new and existing venue partners across the UK. Working alongside a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will report to you and work to source leads and book meetings, you will focus on closing opportunities and managing the sales process, building long-term relationships with venue clients.

- 3. Sales Competency Interview - 30 minutes (virtual) Goal: Assess the candidate's sales expertise, ability to handle objections and complex situations, resilience under pressure, and track record of achieving results through concrete examples from their professional experience.
- 4. Sales Capability & Strategy Interview - 1hr (in-person) Goal: Assess the candidate’s practical, hands-on sales skills and their approach to challenging tasks.
- 5. HeadBox Values Assessment - 30 minutes (virtual) Goal: Determine the candidate's alignment with HeadBox’s core values and assess cultural fit within a team dynamic.
