Who you are

You have at least 8 years of professional experience working in a production environment

Desirable

Experience within seed stage start-ups, at leading technology firms, within the built environment or sustainability sector, and/or with marketplaces and surveying software, is all looked upon favourably.

What the job involves

Lead the development of complex, critical areas like backend infrastructure, frontend architecture, and API design.
Improve and optimise the codebase in terms of robustness, performance and DevX. Set standards for code quality, enforce best practices, and conduct regular code reviews to ensure maintainability, security, and performance.
Contribute to our technical roadmap and manage product development cycles to ensure successful delivery of new features.
Set team goals, lead technical discussions, mentor team members and communicate developments with the rest of the team.
