Who you are
- We’re searching for a tenacious Sales Development Representative with a growth mindset to join us as one of the first members of our Sales Development team
What the job involves
- The Sales team consists of our Head of Sales, SDR Manager (who you would report to), Business Development Manager, and our Enterprise Account Manager
- As one of the first members of the SDR team, you will work closely with our SDR Manager to build the SDR culture and be a part of a team of A playing Sales Development Representatives
- As our Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in engaging new prospects as we strive toward our goal of becoming the most crucial HR system in the world
- Research, map and Identify potential targets within our ICP based on our established personas
- Conduct outreach campaigns to prospects through email, phone, and other technologies (LinkedIn, Zoom Info)
- Qualify leads by determining their level of interest, budget, and decision-making power and understand their needs and challenges
- Schedule meetings between prospects and our your partner BDM
- Collaborate with marketing and your BDM to develop targeted messaging and campaigns
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge
- Keep detailed records of all prospect interactions and ensure accurate tracking in our CRM system, HubSpot
