Once a role is assessed, the platform generates bespoke measurement tools that can be used by both employers and employees, helping to drive success within workforces without generalized expectations.

Whilst employee success measurement platforms have existed for decades, such solutions generally use a “one size fits all” approach, offering measurements for generic data points such as sales leads or query resolutions. Spotted Zebra, on the other hand, has recognised that customised data points are required to successfully measure the success of each job role, empowering businesses to optimise operations and hire smarter through its platform.
