Who you are

Understanding of WaterAid as an organisation and an appreciation of the complexity of the relationships across departments, countries and the Federation
Strong project management and organisational skills, and a high awareness of the project context and discipline
Analytical and critical thinking skills: proven ability to analyse and synthesise information from different sources and able to replay them to a range of audiences
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including facilitation and/or presentation) skills and a proven ability to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts

What the job involves

The team will primarily be facilitators who enable the 'owners' to do the work and achieve their goal
Facilitating and convening sessions to bring stakeholders and teams together
Keeping the process on track for deliverables within projects
Replaying thinking back to specific teams and leads
Linking projects to each other
