Our take

Flow offers a platform to simplify venture capital and private equity funds by bringing together fund managers, investors, law firms, administrators, banks, and accounting firms in one place for easier onboarding, dialogue, and unified data insights.

The asset management market is valued at around $250 billion globally, and due to a huge rise in private market capital raises, it’s growing at over 20% annually. However, private market infrastructure is still being held back by slow, outdated infrastructure, siloed data, and overly manual processes – a pain point Flow promises to solve.

By the time Flow had completed its first major fundraiser in early 2022, the platform was already being used to manage $5 billion in assets. Now backed by SVB Financial Group, the parent company of Silicon Valley Bank, the company will look to accelerate its growth even further.
