Founded with the ambitious goal of revolutionizing investor communications, Proxymity connects intermediaries, investors, and issues in real-time, thereby transforming proxy voting within the corporate governance ecosystem.
Supported by Citi's D10XSM program, the founders saw the potential to reinvent proxy voting, leading to the development of transparent, accurate, and efficient solutions for clients, streamlining the entire proxy voting and asset servicing process. By doing so, Proxymity enhances the investor lifecycle, enabling clients to tackle complex problems and add value at every stage.
Since gaining independence as a separate entity in early 2020, Proxymity has enjoyed remarkable growth and garnered support from prominent industry players as well as forming strategic partnerships. Given this success, the company recently secured substantial funding and is well on its way to even more success.
