The HR department is core to a business' success, yet many companies have still been using Professional Employer Organisations (PEO) to help them. PEOs use a host of third parties to execute their services, so customers are lost in the web of endless admin processes and email chains. This procedure slows the process right down to where no-one is happy. Atlas was established to own the entire HR process, completely bypassing third parties that cost time and money.

Atlas has its own legal entities in over 160 countries, providing the HR infrastructure that enables companies to expand their businesses. Each company has a committed partner that truly gets to know and understand the business and can offer real time solutions. Atlas boasts of its solutions being able to seamlessly integrate with current systems regardless of technologies of organisation size.

In 2022, Atlas launched what it calls it's Human Experience Management (HXM) platform, built to help cement its place as the number 1 Direct Employer of Record (EOR). The company has raised hundreds of millions of dollars in funding and expanded across 6 continents with offices located in 18 countries, highlighting its success so far.
