Who you are
- You're deeply motivated by supporting customers: A genuine passion for understanding and solving customer challenges
- You have proven experience making Customers successful: At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a technical edge, demonstrating your ability to build relationships and drive success
- Have a bias to take action: You're a self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments. You love taking ownership, shipping solutions quickly, and iterating along the way. Experience in an early-stage startup or scale up is a big plus!
- Fantastic communicator: You can explain complex ideas clearly and simply, and actively listen to customers to understand the core pains
- A true problem solver: you can quickly pinpoint the real issue and come up with ingenious solutions
What the job involves
- As a Customer Success & Product Advocate, you'll be the face and voice of Flow, working directly with the teams building the most innovative hardware in the world
- You'll ben an integral part of their success, leveraging your deep product knowledge of Flow and understanding of customer use cases to help them bring their products to market dramatically faster
- Be the Flow product expert. Master our platform inside and out, serving as the go-to resource for customers and colleagues alike. You know how Customers can get the best out of the product, and what makes our Customers’ use case exciting
- Empower customers to succeed: Equip customers with the support, knowledge and resources they need to get the most out of Flow
- Drive product adoption & expansion: Champion what using Flow can do for our customers, increasing usage and finding the most impactful improvements
- Bridge the communication gap: Facilitate a seamless feedback loop between customers, engineering, and sales to ensure we're building the best product possible

Our take
Engineering today is slow. Engineers waste time plugging equations into spreadsheets, rebuilding CAD models that break, and setting up simulations to test similar things over and over again - and this issue only gets worse as complexity is added. What Flow has done is rebuild the foundational tools that are used. The company developed powerful systems that automate the repetitive execution work, letting the computer do the heavy lifting.
Flow's product constitutes a single medium incorporating all the different tools that are needed to design, instead of engineers being forced to use unconnected and fragmented models. The idea is that the tools amplify and magnify engineers' creative abilities, instead of getting in the way.
Furthermore, Flow's product allows for easy collaboration and editing. Changes propagate throughout the entire system instantly, automatically rebuilding models, making the work for the engineers both more efficient and more effective.
