Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing and/or retention marketing, preferably within the auto insurance or financial services industry
- Demonstrated success in designing high impact experiments and driving true value for your customers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. (Strong preference for candidates with SQL experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (specifically, Braze and Salesforce)

What the job involves
- Develop new customer journey maps, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement
- Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests across Email and SMS channels, using our marketing automation platforms
- Develop new ideas for customer feedback loops, and use insights to inform and adjust marketing strategies
- Define, own, and analyze KPIs for new marketing initiatives
- Work closely with criss-functional teams (including product, agency, and carrier partnerships) to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance our grewing marketing capabilities
- Implement new marketing communication technologies to optimize the customer journey and experience

Operational in all 50 US states, the platform uses artificial intelligence to sift through quotes from insurance companies to empower its customers to make sensible choices. Policies can be purchased online or over the phone, and include exclusive rates and discounts found only through Insurify.
Insurify is up against fierce competition in the insurtech industry, with other comparison-shopping sites like The Zebra, Root Insurance, and Coverhound all offering similar services. That said, the company has expanded its operations substantially in recent years. Most of its recent fundraise is cited to support acquisitions (it has already announced plans to acquire Compare.com). It is also partnering with MassMutual to strengthen its market leadership.
