28% employee growth in 12 months
Over the next five years, 13 million jobs will be added to the tech industry in the US, and another 20 million from the growth of the technology sector in the EU. At the same time, digital transformation has rapidly accelerated by necessity amidst COVID-19, and with it, the competition for top tech talent has never been greater. Ironhack is one tech school surfing this wave.
Ironhack is a coding bootcamp headquartered in Miami with campuses throughout Europe and Latin America. They offer classes in subjects ranging from web development to UX/UI design, and data analytics to cybersecurity. They believe that the best way to learn how to code is by coding, therefore they’re focused on providing the most practical and hands-on experience.
In addition, the company paves the way for the coding industry to fill the industry’s employment gap for underrepresented groups and women, through numerous partnerships. Ironhack’s educational programs provide students with the technical training and industry introductions they need to be employable after graduation.
