Marketing Associate, Juniver

• You have 2–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally across multiple channels (email, social, content, and/or paid)
• You’re a generalist at heart — someone who loves wearing multiple hats and figuring things out
• You have a strong sense of messaging and positioning, and you know how to connect with a specific audience
• You’ve worked in a fast-paced environment — ideally at a startup or mission-driven company — and you’re comfortable with ambiguity
• You’re curious, scrappy, and proactive. You don’t wait for instructions — you look for ways to make things better

Desirable

• Own and execute day-to-day marketing activities — from writing email campaigns to posting on social and setting up paid experiments
• Help grow Juniver’s brand presence across digital channels, with a focus on community, credibility, and clarity
• Collaborate with our clinical and product teams to translate recovery concepts into engaging, digestible content
• Plan and test campaigns that drive both user acquisition and retention
• Manage Juniver’s content calendar and ensure consistent, on-brand messaging
• Track what’s working (and what’s not), share insights, and adjust strategy accordingly
• Jump in wherever needed — we’re a small team, and your ideas will shape how we grow
