Flexible working is something that is a huge 'trend' as we come through the other side of Covid. The great thing about CloudFactory is that we were already doing it. This means that it's really 'normal' for the organisation... there's no getting used to it, or fearing that it's frowned upon... it's just accepted.

CloudFactory is very human centric and focused on wellbeing of our employees. The company organises different wellness programs and initiatives. We have our Wellbeing Committee that gathers and writes articles on the topic of wellbeing. We send out the wellbeing newsletter every couple of weeks. Something that has surely helped my wellbeing and mental health during the pandemic has been the opportunity to work flexible working hours. What I like about the team is that it feels like a family where we encourage each other to live a healthy life style, an e.g. we have the 500 miles challenge for 2021 where we are aiming to walk for 500 miles this year. Another thing I very much appreciate is the fact we are focused on building meaningful and trustworthy relationships. We all attend Team Time called Tolis where we discuss different topics in smaller groups. Here we meet some of the team members we normally would not work closely with and we learn from each other. CloudFactory also offers a paid team lunch every second week, and gives us an opportunity to gather as a team every couple of weeks.
