The rise of Amazon delivery has shifted the parameters for customer expectations, leading to a demand for cheap and quick delivery times. Now e-commerce takes up more than a quarter of global retail sales in 2022.

This global shift in shopping habits means that smaller delivery companies must find ways to keep up with the monolithic competition. OneRail does this by offering its delivery and logistics clients 24-hour assistance managers who can help change the outcomes of delivery at every stage of the supply chain. It also provides micro-fulfilment centres offering store-level visibility and extra stock for companies selling their wares across the US.

This flexibility is crucial for OneRail, and though it's only available in the US right now, it has been making waves with substantial rounds of funding. At present, it’s already processing a million deliveries a month and operates across 330 US cities. Moving forwards, OneRail is planning on moving to target medium to small Shopify businesses.
