Lately, it's been on a serious growth streak too, with 15 acquisitions in just over two years, including the recent deal with Northern Ireland's CavanaghKelly. And with fresh capital in 2024, CP is setting its sights on becoming the go-to challenger firm across the UK and Ireland.

Leadership

Ade has worked at Cooper Parry since 2003, joining as a Relationship Partner. During their time at CP, they have been the Head of Audit & Tax, COO, and their current role, CEO, which they've held since 2013.

April has been at Cooper Parry since 2016, joining as People & Culture Director. Alongside CP, they are a Loss Support Coach and have experience in various HR roles.

Abi joined Cooper Parry in 2018 as Chief Digital Officer & Partner, becoming CGO in 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Vodafone for nearly 14 years in various roles, including Global Head of Strategi Partnerships, Enterprise Products & Solution Marketing.

James joined Cooper Parry in 2017 as Partner and CFO, becoming Chief Acquisitions Officer in 2025. Previously spent nearly 5 years at Boots UK in various roles, including Finance Director.

Phil has served as Cooper Parry's COO since 2022. Prior to this, they spent over 16 years at HSBC in various roles including Managing Director of Head of Model Management and Delivery.
