What the job involves

This role is a mix of PA, entrepreneurial operator, and opportunity spotter. You’ll be working directly with co-founder and CCO Tom, which means you’ll be in the thick of it from day one. He moves fast, juggles a lot, and needs someone who can keep pace, organise chaos, and spot opportunities before others do
No two days will look the same, but here’s the starter pack:
Inbox boss - owning, prioritising, and firing off responses, while spotting sales gold and pushing it to the right person.
Calendar tamer - making sure the CCO’s time is used for maximum impact.
Event quarterback - booking travel, locking in meetings, coordinating follow-ups, and making sure we squeeze every drop of value from the high-value network we’ve built in the last 5 years.
Pipeline co-pilot - helping manage the CCO’s lead pipeline so nothing goes cold.
As you grow into the role, you’ll get more ownership, more exposure, and a front row seat to how we’re scaling this business.
We’ll throw you into big conversations, back you when you take initiative, and make sure you’re learning fast.
