Our take
Discount schemes are a common tactic to entice new customers to a business, but for brands that rely on maintaining a high-end profile, this can have a negative effect on their image, which may reduce client interest. LUX Rewards (a Lyfe Technology company) provides premium reward schemes for these businesses to reach and engage with new and high-value customers, without damaging or devaluing their brand.
Companies can enrol easily, gaining quick access to premium customers with no technical integration or employee training needed, whilst consumers access the reward scheme via a mobile app, which provides card linking for a seamless experience.
LUX Rewards has raised considerable investment and participated in a number of accelerator programmes. The company has seen significant growth across the UK as it continues to build its list of partnered businesses.
