Founded in 2020, Figures provides real-time compensation intelligence to companies, aiming to help bring fairness and equality to company compensation policies.
As one of the first European players in the compensation tech market, Figures is helping companies design and run their compensation plans through the use of major HRIS software and allowing companies to compare policy plans with their competition.
After acquiring Payspective, the brand has its presence in many countries, including France, Germany, and the UK. With its 2022 funding, Figures is carrying on its European expansion, hoping to grow into the Iberian market, as well as expanding into The Netherlands, and the Nordic countries.

- Remote flexibility: Mandatory 2 days in the office every 2 months (expenses paid by Figures).
- Maternity and parental leave: On top of that 1-month parental leave for the second parent is paid at 100% of the salary as well as a 1-month worked part-time (50%) but paid at 100% when returning from maternity leave.
