I've worked for many businesses and found the hierarchy of staff unbearable at times. When someone has a title above you, they can sometimes feel obligated to treat you less than them. At OpenPayd that's the furthest from the truth! From day one I felt at home and able to speak freely and comfortably to everyone from the Founder of the Business, The CEO and other board members right down to the interns looking to learn the ropes of the industry in our great working environment. We're one big family here, and treat each and every member of the team with huge amounts of respect! We push each other to get the very best out of one another by being supportive and encouraging you to lay your ideas on the table, no matter how small. By finding a better way to approach a challenge or learning to grow and value the opportunities given to each of us every day.

No matter your role or input in growing the business, we pride ourselves on highlighting fantastic work of individuals and teams. It's important to build confidence and showcase team member talent where possible. Here at OpenPayd its not about Management shouting out about one of their staff. The floor for recognition is open to everyone! We encourage each other to give a mention if you feel the other person is doing some great work! This has allowed for a more open and honest way of working. Everyone has as much right as the next person to contribute equally to our goals. Together we build each up and grow stronger.

No two days are the same here. Cliché, but it's true. As we grow and become a larger organisation, the challenges become bigger and greater. Its up to us as individuals and as teams to hit those challenges face on and overcome any obstacles that might come our way.
