Our take
Business operations within CRM and other IT systems previously required humans to manually trigger processes on computers, a process that is wasteful in terms of valuable time and resources. Automation software has solved this process by handling repetitive tasks algorithmically, but setting this up requires extensive knowledge in computer science and the ability to code.
Tonkean provides a digital platform for the automation of business logic and operations, achieved through modular tools that require no experience in coding. The tools include CRM automation, data actions, decision making and event coordination, whilst also facilitating human interaction within the algorithmic workflows.
Many business automation platforms have arisen in the recent years of AI accessibility, but Tonkean has taken a smart approach by bridging the gap between accessibility and the ability to code. By providing modular tools that can easily be stacked to create bespoke business workflows, the company aims to increase accessibility to the technology whilst keeping human staff in the loop.
