Our take

When communicating to their existing customers, organizations need to take into account customers’ past, present, and future to maximize loyalty, retention, and lifetime value. Optimove is a marketing platform that equips companies with actionable insights by using both historical and predictive data to help them find out who their customer is and what they are doing.

The company works with hundreds of brands, which include Dollar Shave Club, SodaStream, Papa John's, and Staples. It has also built key partnerships with leading technology platforms, such as Facebook and Shopify to collect more data.

Optimove faces competition from multichannel marketing hubs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and its challenge will be to continue differentiating itself. It currently does so, as well as with its various acquisitions and integrations, by segmenting customers and identifying different personas in real-time using its AI-led orchestration of multichannel campaigns.
