Maple Finance is a decentralised corporate debt marketplace built on the Ethereum blockchain and one of the first lending pools to provide capital to institutional borrowers. These can borrow without the need to post over 100% of their debt as collateral, which is Maple’s competitive edge, achieved by allowing borrowers to borrow from pools of capital.
Another compelling facet of Maple is their unique system which combines the efficiency of decentralised protocols through smart contract technology with the necessary human touch for bolstering confidence in the system.
Its 2023 investment round will enable Maple Finance to develop sophisticated financial products for institutions in the decentralised finance (DeFi) industry. This will enable the company to continue widening the field for DeFi and provide the most attractive opportunity for large institutional investors.
